Cookie Policy
1. Short version
We use a small handful of first-party cookies and localStorage entries — all functional, all optional, none of them used for advertising or cross-site tracking. There is no third-party analytics, no Facebook pixel, no Google Analytics. You can clear everything in your browser's site-data settings.
2. What we store, and why

If you arrive from a search engine, your browser may set its own cookies — those are governed by the search engine's privacy policy, not ours.
3. Manage your preferences
You can clear everything we store in two ways:
- Open your browser's site-data / cookies settings and remove entries for
lorenzofoodsafety.com. - Use a private / incognito window — these entries are kept separately per browser profile and are erased when the window closes.
The cart and intake-draft entries have direct clear controls on the cart page and the inquiry form's "Clear draft" button.
4. Third-party content
The site loads two third-party assets for typography and mapping — both privacy-respecting and both essential to the site's appearance:
- Google Fonts — Playfair Display and Inter. Google's privacy policy applies.
- OpenStreetMap — embedded on the contact page. OpenStreetMap's privacy policy applies.
We do not embed YouTube videos, social-media widgets, ad networks, or any other third-party trackers.
5. Do Not Track
We honour "Do Not Track" and "Global Privacy Control" browser signals — though since we don't track in the first place, the signal has no practical effect on this site.
6. Changes to this policy
If we add or remove storage entries, we'll update this page. The "Effective" date at the top will change when we do.
